Royal Life Saving Society Western Australia

Although the relationship between Royal Life Saving Society Western Australia and Adflex Marketing started in 2019 as a F2F supplier agreement, it has developed into a relationship far more significant; and we consider it more a partnership than a supplier arrangement.

Adflex represents our 110-year-old brand each and every day in the WA community, expanding our brand presence, raising funds, acquiring regular givers, engaging members and educating the community on key water safety messages.  The Adflex team are part of the fabric of RLSSWA fundraising programs.

A like-minded fundraising organisation, Adflex is an organisational member of FIA, committed to the FIA code and have a strong focus on compliance and ethical conduct.  This is supported by proven procedures and training programs to ensure that this ethos is lived by all member of the Adflex team including the front-line fundraisers. 

Adflex has had a significant impact on RLSSWA fundraising income, membership growth and community outcomes over the past 18 months.  While this is quantified later, it’s the innovations, transparency, honesty and willingness to support each other during difficult and uncertain times that stand outs in respect to impact.

Adflex has delivered outstanding fundraising outcomes for RLSSWA, including acquiring over 6600 RG's, contributing in excess of $1.5M income over the past 18 months.  Importantly, they have delivered our drowning prevention and water safety message to over 106,000 West Australians, assisting RLSSWA to strive for a nation free of drowning.

RLSSWA provides professional services to many other charities across Australia including, telemarketing, direct mail, digital and F2F services.  Adflex has become a key partner in delivering F2F, D2D and telemarketing services to support these campaigns across Australia, strengthening RLSSWA relationship with the other charities and delivering significant campaign outcomes for the charities.
